Secure payout setup — a DocuSign packet for your partner agreement, W-9, and deposit details, so your structured vet margin has somewhere to land. We never collect banking information on this page.

Recommending veterinarian

We verify an active license for every prescribing or recommending veterinarian at onboarding — it's part of what keeps the platform veterinary-first.

Last bit

We never ask for banking or payment details on this form. Payment happens through Shopify's secure checkout, and payout details are collected only through DocuSign.
