Paw & Pestle Shipping Policy

At Paw & Pestle, we aim to ship your order quickly, accurately, and with care. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on Sundays, after business hours, or on major U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or unexpected delays.


Delivery Timeframes

Once processed and shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • Seasonal volume

  • Regional distance from our fulfillment location

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipment weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates and available services

Occasional shipping promotions or discounts may apply and will be reflected at checkout.


Carriers We Use

We ship through major U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The carrier for your shipment is selected based on efficiency, cost, and package requirements.


Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
If an address error is identified after checkout, contact us immediately at support@pawandpestle.com
We will attempt to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a package has been handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. residential addresses only. Due to shipping carrier restrictions, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. 

  • Some items may require special handling (e.g., temperature-sensitive or oversized products). Any restrictions or requirements will be noted on applicable product pages.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pawandpestle.com within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (for damaged items)

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.


Holiday Shipping

Carrier networks may experience delays during major U.S. holidays and peak shopping periods.
We recommend ordering early during these times to ensure timely delivery.
