Paw & Pestle Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Paw & Pestle, we want you to feel confident in the products you purchase for your pets. Because supplements and prescription items must remain sealed for safety and quality, our return and exchange guidelines are intentionally limited and clearly defined.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused supplements only. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened, unsealed, or partially used products.
To request a return, email support@pawandpestle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- AÂ photo of the sealed product showing packaging condition
- A brief note explaining the reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong item or wish to change products, you may request a return for a refund (unopened supplements only) and then place a new order.
