- 10-24 lbs: 1 tablet daily for initial 4-6 weeks, then 1 tablet daily for maintenance.
- 25-49 lbs: 2 tablets daily for initial 4-6 weeks, then 1 tablet daily for maintenance.
- 50-100 lbs: 3 tablets daily for initial 4-6 weeks, then 1-2 tablets daily for maintenance.
- Over 100 lbs: 4 tablets daily for initial 4-6 weeks, then 2 tablets daily for maintenance.
